ITSE 2475 - Introduction to DevOps

This course introduces the fundamentals of the Build-Test-Deploy stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) through hands-on practices in a production-like environment. Topics include coding for unit testing, integrating security in the development process, building the code from an external tool other than IDE environment, deploying the application in a server/container or app store, and version control systems such as Github, GIT, and SVN, continuous integration and continuous delivery (DI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, YAML, scripting, testing tools such as Junit, Mockit, XCTest and powerMockito.
