The Associate of Arts in English is intended primarily for students planning on transferring to a senior college or university to receive a baccalaureate degree in the following areas: communication, business, social sciences, humanities, and fine arts. Commencing the fall of 1999, all Associate in Arts academic core curriculum courses taken at HCC are guaranteed to transfer and count toward the core curriculum at all Texas public higher educational institutions.
The requirements below must be completed in addition to Field of Study Curriculum the degree requirements in order to complete all program requirements for this specialization.
