The Construction Management Technology certificate prepares students for entry-level employment in the field of construction. Students are exposed to a variety of trades involved in residential and commercial buildings. Students enrolled in this certificate obtain basic skills required in the construction industry, including safety regulations, trade standards and practices, blueprint reading, basic carpentry, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing skills.
