The Visual Effects and Motion Graphics Specialization program uses a variety of media such as sound, text, graphics, video, and animation to communicate information in an interactive computer environment. The program prepares students for employment in the fields of advertising, video, animation, marketing presentations, simulations, and interactive software development.
Students may earn one Associate of Applied Science along with the Certificate specializations below by completing the requirements for the chosen degree specialization.
This award falls under HCC’s institutional Art + Design accreditation by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD). NASAD is recognized by the United States Department of Education as the agency responsible for the accreditation of all art and design curricula.
