Smart Building Technology, C1

The Smart Building Technology C1 will prepare students for the low-voltage electrical controls industry. This will include everything from working with ethernet and fiber optics to various control systems like audio/visual, low-voltage lighting, fire alarm systems, security control systems, retail automation, energy management, and environmental controls. This is a new and exciting area to enter, so you can install and maintain these systems as well as do basic control networking to integrate these various systems together in the smart home and building industries.
