The Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Data Science degree provides students with the skillsets to apply data analysis, data mining, and data visualization tools and techniques to extract knowledge and insights from large datasets. It prepares students to take industry certification exams in data science/analytics and to pursue careers as a data technician, data analyst, or business intelligence analyst in various fields, including business, healthcare, oil & gas, among others.
