Our excellent faculty and staff are committed to providing quality programs and services that will enable you to transfer to the university of your choice with an associate degree, prepare for immediate entry into numerous exciting occupations with a certificate or a degree, acquire or improve linguistic and high-tech skills and/or meet the requirements for a high school equivalency diploma. Whatever your goals or aspirations may be, we are here to help you achieve them as we strive to create the ultimate student experience.

Hello Eagles, congratulations on making a wise decision by choosing Houston Community College to support your academic and career training goals.  HCC offers various student support services to assist you along your educational journey, from your first semester through graduation. We aim to foster an environment that supports student learning and a sense of belonging.   

 
Our student support services professionals are ready and willing to provide guidance and support in admissions, advising, career services, counseling, financial aid, tutoring, and library services. Our student life and recreational sports departments also offer students the opportunity to gain leadership skills and peer engagement through extracurricular and co-curricular activities.    

 
The Catalog and Student Handbook provides resources and information on counseling and ability services, financial aid, testing, and your academic, career, and personal growth and success along your educational journey to completion. Specifically, the Catalog and Student Handbook has essential college policies, information on student life and organizations, and a list of your responsibilities as a student.
