This course is designed to prepare participants for the Professional Human Resource/Senior Professional Human Resource (PHR/SPHR) certification exam. Participants will be given the tools to comprehend, retain and apply the six key functional areas as defined by HRCI. Pre-Requisite: HR Professionals with 2-4 years of HR Experience.
