This Quality and Assessment 4.0 course is a part of the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC) Certified Production Technician (CPT) Credentialing Exam preparation. This course will allow students to obtain certification through a MSSC exam. The purpose of this course is to identify and reduce the risk and cost of replacing faulty goods and eliminate deficiencies and significant changes by ensuring high quality standards are met. You will learn the techniques and principals required to achieve these goals.
