TRLA 2377 - Quality Management and Project Management in Localization

In this course, students will learn about localization project management. They will understand the quality management process in localization and the necessary skills for project managers. They will learn about interaction with clients and vendors, negotiation, and project timelines and deliverables management. They will understand how localization teams are assembled and managed and what soft skills are necessary. They will learn how post-project evaluation and corrective action process works.
